• Site: the sigmadata.eu domain and all associated subdomains.
• User: any person accessing the Site.
• Services: software development, civil engineering consulting, ISO preparation consulting offered by the Operator.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Description of services

The Site presents the Operator's services. Actual service contracting is done by separate written agreement, NOT through the Site.

4. Intellectual property

Site content (text, images, design, code) belongs to the Operator. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

5. Liability limitations

The Operator makes efforts to ensure information accuracy on the Site but does NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Operator is NOT liable for indirect damages resulting from Site use.

6. Modification of terms

The Operator may update these Terms. The last update date appears in the footer. Continued use of the Site after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably; otherwise, through the competent courts in Dâmbovița.
